How to detete an email in cPanel

Method 1: Bulk Delete Emails (Recommended)
This method allows you to quickly free up space by deleting large batches of emails. 
  1. Log in to cPanel.
  2. Navigate to the Email section and click on Email Disk Usage.
  3. Select the Account (email address) from the dropdown menu.
  4. Click Manage next to the folder (e.g., INBOX, Sent) you want to clean.
  5. Select a filter from the list, such as:
    • 1 year old or more
    • 30 MB in size or more
    • Previously viewed
    • All messages
  6. Click Delete Permanently. 
Note: These actions are permanent and cannot be undone. 
 
Method 2: Delete via Webmail (Roundcube)
Use this method for selecting specific messages to delete. 
  1. Log in to Webmail (usually yourdomain.com:2096).
  2. Select Roundcube as your mail client.
  3. Select the message(s) you want to delete.
  4. Click the Delete button.
  5. Important: To permanently delete them, you must Empty the "Trash" or "Deleted Items" folder afterward. 
 
Method 3: Delete Entire Email Account 
If you want to remove all emails by deleting the entire account:
  1. Log in to cPanel.
  2. Click Email Accounts.
  3. Find the email address and click Delete
